Get To Know Your Plant
Ficus Lyrata can be an evergreen tree, shrub or climber with leathery leaves and tiny flowers borne within a hollow receptacle which enlarges to form the fruit. The leaves come in a variety of shapes but often with a broad apex and narrow middle thus resembling the bow-shaped string instrument called fiddle. Hence its common name. The Fiddle-Leaf Fig is salt tolerant.
